| CrossPoint Solutions is seeking candidates to drive enterprise Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test, deploy and customize. Qualified candidates will need strong project management and business analysis skills, as well as experience developing in the .NET framework, and preferably knowledge of the MSCRM 3.0 SDK |
- A proven ability to work with end users to map business processes and define software requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Experience developing web-based applications with ASP.Net and C#
- At least 2+ years working with CRM applications, preferably Microsoft CRM
- Experience working with SQL Reporting Services
- Basic understanding of Microsoft networking components (Active Directory, IIS, Windows Server 2003)
- Experience developing and conducting end-user training programs
- High degree of professionalism, customer orientation, organization, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task
- Focus on quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, mentoring and customer service is a must
- Solid written & oral communication skills
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
